How much is shipping?

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery destination.

Domestic U.S. Shipping: Fees may vary depending on the item’s weight and delivery location.
International Shipping: Costs depend on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

We do our best to keep shipping fees low so you can maximize your savings. Free shipping is available on eligible orders over $50. Some remote or international locations may be excluded or may incur additional surcharges.

Shipping Methods

Orders are typically shipped via UPS, USPS, FedEx, or local postal carriers, depending on your location and the warehouse fulfilling your order.

Please note: Orders may ship in multiple packages if items are fulfilled from different warehouses. This may result in separate tracking numbers and delivery times.

Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes

  • Processing Time:

     Domestic orders: 3–5 business days

     International orders: 5–7 business days

  • Estimated Delivery Time (after processing):

    Domestic U.S.: 7–12 business days

    International: 10–20 business days

These estimates exclude weekends, holidays, and any customs delays. During high-volume periods, processing or shipping may take longer.

Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking information to appear after your order has been placed.

Tracking Updates and Delays

If your tracking shows "label created" but no movement, allow 1–2 business days for    updates.

If there's no update after 2 business days, contact our Resolution Team at support@labelsNY.com and we’ll investigate.

Missing or Delivered but Not Received Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

First, check with your doorman, concierge, neighbor, or mailroom.
If your package is still missing after 24 hours, email support@labelsNY.com and we’ll help look into the issue.

Lost or Stolen Packages

LabelsNY is not responsible for packages marked as delivered where the shipping address was entered correctly at checkout.

If your order appears to be lost or stolen:

Contact us at support@labelsNY.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We may offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our shipping protection policy (conditions apply).

Expedited or Same-Day Delivery

At this time, we do not offer expedited or same-day shipping. All orders are shipped using our standard delivery methods.

Holding Orders at UPS Stores

Domestic U.S. customers may request to hold a package at their local UPS location for pickup. Please contact our Customer Care team at support@labelsNY.com and include your order number in the subject line.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged by their local government. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
