Refund Policy

All products come with a FREE replacement warranty for 30 days from purchase. If your purchase does not match the description or if the item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order – we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved.

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct item(s) or issue a full refund.

For defective or faulty products, please take clear photos or videos and email us at support@labelsNY.com – we will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation.

PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.

Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

In order to receive store credit, please follow the steps below:

  • Products can only be returned if they are still in original condition and packaging.

  • Used or damaged products caused by the customer will not be eligible for store credit or refund.

To ensure we receive your return, please use a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments.

Note: You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are approved for store credit, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total.

Please mark the return as a gift to avoid customs fees. We are not responsible for customs duties on returned items.

Once your return is received and inspected, a store credit will be issued to your original payment method (unless otherwise specified).

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

In certain situations, only partial refunds or store credit may be granted:

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery

  • Non-returnable goods such as intimate items, sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Double-check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card provider – it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to post

  3. Contact your bank if it's still missing

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, contact us at support@labelsNY.com.

Liability

LabelsNY is not liable for any damages caused by products after delivery. All items are used at the customer's own risk and discretion.

Sale / Promotional Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we cannot cancel your order if it has already been processed or shipped.

Invalid Refund Reasons

We cannot issue refunds or accept cancellations for the following reasons:

  • “I changed my mind.”

  • “I found it cheaper elsewhere.”

Once an order is submitted, the customer enters into a legally binding agreement to purchase the item(s) at the agreed price.
