Returns Overview
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please note that all other sales are final.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email our support team at support@labelsny.com with your Order Number and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide the necessary return instructions.

Note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• We do not provide prepaid shipping labels.

• An $8 restocking fee will be deducted from the store credit issued for all approved returns.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Domestic U.S. Returns

Eligible U.S. returns will receive an online store credit equal to the amount paid for the returned item(s), minus the $8 restocking fee. Returns must be shipped to the address provided by our support team and received within the timeframe stated in your return approval email.

International Returns (Global-E Orders)

For international orders submitted via our partner Global-E, please email support@labelsny.com to begin the return process. You’ll be asked to provide your Order ID and email address to receive instructions.
Approved international returns will receive store credit for the item(s) returned, minus the $8 restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

The following items are non-returnable and final sale:

• Items marked as "Final Sale"

• International orders

• Monday Program and collaboration items

• Duvet covers, rugs, shower curtains, art sculptures

• Watch bands and other custom/limited releases

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After that window, or once the order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.

Change of Mind & Price Discrepancy

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

• Change-of-mind purchases

• Price differences found after purchase
